Charles Dickens aka Raw Cutz came from a Generation of Barbers. Shying away from cutting hair because of the family traditions on a search for himself he went to school for maintenance, worked as chef, auto paint technician, all while playing for Mummers brass band in Philadelphia. After all Charles aligned with his family’s tradition, enrolled in barber school & became certified. Safe to say Raw is a jack of all trades, great at many, but most passionate of one which is BARBERING.
